Refund Policy

This policy covers packages bought from ATA Prep. It sits alongside the ATA Prep Terms of Use.

ATA Prep is not currently accepting live payments. This policy applies to purchases made once paid checkout is enabled.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We go by the date your request reaches [email protected].

Inside those 14 days we do not ask what you did with it. Whether you studied, how much you studied, and whether you redeemed a licence key make no difference to whether you can have your money back.

Two things, whenever they come to light:

• A duplicate purchase — you bought the same package twice, or bought something your account already had.
• A purchase we cannot give you access to — if something stops you reaching what you paid for, tell us and we will try to fix it. If we cannot get you the access you bought, we refund it.

If you bought the wrong thing, or bought by accident, tell us inside the 14 days and we will refund it. You do not need to explain why.

The person who paid asks for the refund.

If you bought a key for someone else, or bought several, the refund is yours to request because the money was yours. If the key has already been redeemed, the access that came from it ends when the refund is made, on whichever account has it.

We return the purchase to the payment method you used, through our payment provider, according to that method and applicable law. Any tax treatment the law requires is handled as part of the refund.

Your access to what you bought ends. The licence key that came with the purchase stops working.

If you used a discount code on the purchase, that use is not returned to the code. A refunded purchase does not give the code back.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise not completed, ATA Prep may restrict or revoke the access associated with that payment while the dispute is resolved. A payment dispute does not by itself establish fraud or a violation of the Terms of Use.

Write to [email protected]. Tell us the email address you bought with, and your order details or licence key if you have them.

A person reads every refund request and answers it. We do not have an automatic refund button, and we will not pretend the answer is instant.

This policy is what ATA Prep offers voluntarily. It does not take away or limit any rights you have under the law, and the 14 days above is not a limit on those rights.
