Contact & support

Email [email protected] and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong. There is one address for everything below, and a real person reads it.

What to send

A short description, the email address on your account, and a screenshot if you have one. That is usually enough to sort it in one reply.

Signing in

A reset link that did not arrive, a verification email in a spam folder, or a Google sign-in that will not connect. Start with Account & Activation, then write to us if it is still stuck.

Access to your packages

A licence key that will not redeem, or packages you expected to see on your account. Send the key's first block and the address you used, never the whole key.

The Study App

Questions that will not load, a browser that behaves oddly, or the AI examiner refusing an answer. Tell us the browser and whether you were signed in.

A question or an answer

If a question looks wrong, an explanation reads badly, or an ACS code is mismatched, quote the question and say which bank it is in. These get fixed in the bank.

AKTR scanning

A report that would not scan, or codes that came back wrong. Say which format you tried. Do not email the report itself unless we ask.

Buying

Checkout is not switched on yet, so there is nothing to pay for today. When it opens, purchase and receipt questions come to the same address.

Before you write

Inside the Study App

The app has its own Help, covering study modes, the review queue, weak areas, guides and the AI examiner, next to the thing it describes.
